The Welcome Center in Caticlan, just a stone throw away from the airport, has coffee shop, souvenir shops, hotel-like lobby and front desk, VIP lounge, restroom, landscaped garden, ample parking and a private jetty port that serve as our point of entry to Boracay. Presently, 10 of the most expensive hotels in Boracay are paying Newcoast for the use of the Welcome Center for their guest. Non-owners and non-members have to use the hot and congested public jetty port for their sea transfer. Colorful shuttles service guest inside the property and outside including the Boracay Terraces which is our piece of beach front at the famous 4 km long white sand beach in Station 1. A themed town center with select boutiques, shops and restaurant to cater to the upscale crowd and a marina are some of the future developments the company is contemplating. Other upcoming developments are a 500 room Palmerston Beach Front Hotel, Palmerston private residences, and a 150 room beach front hotel in Paradise Cove.
